Enovations Luxury Wine exports to Canada
Enovations represents wines predominantly from California, with some top notch producers from Oregon and Washington rounding out the portfolio in addition to the Paul Hobbs’ Vina Cobos label from Argentina. A boutique winery is considered one that produces approximately 20,000 cases or less annually. The majority of Enovations’ suppliers produce less than 10,000 cases. Selection is based on the merit of the wines, as opposed to trying to fill price categories. Allocations vary each year, depending on the grace of Mother Nature, and the growth and expansion plans of the winery itself.
Our Cornerstone Collection of premium wines from Castle Rock Winery is the exception to this rule.
American Luxury Collection
Almost all the wines in the Enovations portfolio are American, and have been selected because of their pedigree, integrity and the sheer fact that they taste fantastic and are a pleasure to consume! The basic mantra is that artisans, who strive to reflect place, make the wines. These wines stand out from their mass produced counter parts. Most are made in limited quantity commonly employing biodynamic, sustainable or organic vineyard practices. A handcrafted wine, means the Winemaker is involved in every step of the process, ensuring only the best goes from vine to bottle. While they may employ old word technique, the Winemakers strive to exemplify just how great American wines can be when given the proper attention from vineyard to barrel.
CASTLE ROCK, Corner Stone Collection
Exclusively from Barrel Select, and available year round, Castle Rock produces varietally correct premium wines in quantities that allow us to make this a main stay in our collection. Stemming from specific appellations from the West Coast of America, they select grapes carefully grown in the most prestigious areas, allowing the local characteristics of each region to shine. Rivaling other wines priced at $10-$20 per bottle more, their enviable reputation has allowed them to become one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.
Vina Cobos of Argentina, by Paul Hobbs
From the very moment Paul Hobbs crumbled the thin gravelly soil in his hands, he believed Argentina could produce world class wine. The Vina Cobos line come from the Marchiori vineyard, located 19 miles south of the city of Mendoza, 2900 feet above sea level. The 134 acre vineyard is one of the oldest vineyards in Mendoza.
